I have been under the care of the Ipswich Hospital Pain Clinic for some while, undergoing treatment and surgery to trapped nerves in my back which made life very uncomfortable. At all times my appointments were kept meticulously and I was never made to wait a long time for procedures which got me the relief I was hoping for at the earliest possible opportunity. The doctor is brilliant, he quickly diagnosed my problems, acted on them and at all times has given me a clear understanding of what was needed and was being done. I have total faith in his judgement and am grateful for his sense of humour and help, he has felt like a trusted friend rather than simply a clinician, and both myself and Ipswich Hospital have been very fortunate to have someone of his ability and personality to offer advice and help at a difficult time. His staff have also to a person, been friendly, understanding, caring and supportive, and I cannot say thank you enough to each and every one of them. The doctor explained that my body may "fight back" and regrow the nerves that he has deadened at some future time, if this does happen and I need help again, I sincerely hope that he and his team will be there as before, it has been a real priviledge to be treated by such wonderful people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Adrian Mills
