"Excellent Treatment"

About: Hexham General Hospital

I was taken into hospital in the early hours with a heart problem. The A & E staff were excellent as were the staff on the ward. I was extremely satisfied with the way I was dealt with & cannot give enough praise to all concerned from the ward doctors to the auxilliary staff.

Sir / Madam, I was sorry to hear about your recent visit to A&E - I imagine it is pretty frightening to come into hospital in the early hours of the morning. It was great to hear that you received excellent care from all members of the team - I will ensure your feedback is passed on, it means such a lot to our staff to learn how their patients feel about the quality of service they provide.
