"waste of time"

Called to check that an xray could be done if necessary. Attended with back injury and kept waiting and other people being seen before me. Male nurse was very unhelpful, rude and patronising. He said he could not organise and x-ray as he was not authorised and could not prescribe medications for the same reason. He pressed so hard on my spine that I feel worse than when I went. It was completely useless. I would never go back again and would recommend others to avoid this service. A relative did try and warn me as they had been given antibiotics for a fungal infection However I wanted to try for myself. I can now endorse the view that you would be better seeking care elsewhere.
