I was referred to this service just over 6 months ago and was allocated Jackie Adams as my specialist nurse. Throughout this time she has been terrific. Kind, thoughtful and professionally caring. She listened to everything I had to say and acted on it.
I was signed off by her yesterday and just wanted to say a huge Thank You.
