I was referred to the bladder & bowel nursing service last year. I signed off with them yesterday.
The service I received from specialist nurse Jackie Adams was so good. She was kind, thoughtful and caring. She acted as nurse, advocate and counsellor. I would like to thank her sincerely for all her help.
