As a child I had bad experiences with blood tests and injections. For 30 years I have had a big needle phobia.
Today at 9.30am, Ralph broke the spell for me at High Wycombe hospital with his gentle nature and calm manner and the stress and anxiety have now gone. It was a triumphant day for me.
Please thank him for me. He has changed my life.
