(as a relative),

My mum had an accident and injured her shoulder. She was seen by Mr Panose and advised to have surgery which took place the next day. She has had a fantastic outcome thanks to a very competent team.

Please can I say a big thank you on her behalf to all the outpatient nurses, xray staff and Mr Panose and his specialist reg for giving her back the use of her shoulder.

You have done such a wonderful job thank you so much.
