What I liked
My mother was admitted to Fountains Ward following a cardiac & respiratory arrest in the lobby of the hospital. I live in Australia & the staff were very helpful & informative on the phone and later when I visited my mother in both Fountains Ward and Bolton Ward. My mother's care while in hospital was exceptionally good
What could be improved
Sometimes it took a while to be let in through the locked doors to the ward but this did not happen very often & the reasons were obviously staff busy with other duties
Anything else?
My mother & the family have nothing but praise for the excellent care provided by the nurses & doctors on Fountains Ward & Bolton Ward
