I was referred initially by the optician to the doctor. The doctor passed on the referral without contacting me.
I was contacted by TRAQS and offered two possible dates at one of the two clinics. A date was arranged satisfactorily.
The clinic then contacted me to bring the appointment forward to an earlier date.
Overall, the service was delivered efficiently and quickly.
