About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Since being told I am type 2 diabetic, I have found everyone at the doctors (Wellington Road Surgery) or the hospital to be really helpful and knowledgeable.

I was unaware of the different tests that I would go to and I am sure the information I have been given will be very helpful and I will try to follow the information given.

I note that your comments relate to Wellington Road Surgery and the hospital you attended and as such we are unable to comment on their behalf.

I am sure if you contacted the Practice Manager at Wellinton Road Surgery they would be happy to receive your positive comments. With regards the hospital please may we direct you the Patient Advice Liaison Officer (PALS). They will be able to take your comments further on behalf of the individual hospital concerned.
