"X-ray appointment"

I received a letter in February, giving me an appointment for a CT scan in March. Unfortunately the letter didn't arrive until late March.

At the same time I received another letter telling me that as I had missed my appointment I would not be offered another, and my case was being sent back to my GP.

I telephoned the x ray dept and was told that many people were reporting the same problem, and I was given another appointment.

Perhaps it's time to go back to Royal Mail!
