I visited the causality department on the morning of Tue 18th March I had woken in the early hours of that morning with some chest, neck and arm pain, I thought that it woild pass and went to work as normail. While at work my pain continued so after speaking to my employer I visited the A&E I was given a thorough examination including x Ray and then admitted to the AMU for further examination. I was advised that they would need to keep me in hospital for twelve hours to complete another blood test, in the evening and later that day after speaking with the doctor I was advised that they would like me to stay over night for further observations and tests the following day. I would just like to express my thanks to both the A & E staff and the staff working on the AMU ward who were extremely polite, considerate and helpful during my stay. Again I would like to thank all the staff involved in my care for the first class service I received.
