The sexual health services (Ambrose King and Barts) reception staff are incredibly unhelpful, rude and unfriendly. In Barts the main receptionist was asleep and I had to wake her up to ask for directions. The wait at the pharmacy is over 40 minutes. The nursing staff do a great job, in spite of the clear lack of resources and abject support service, however I would strongly urge anyone who has the choice to not go here.
