My son had to stay overnight on the 13th Oct for an operation on his wrist. I was told the car park charge would be £2.50 per day. And we were even luckier when we returned the following week, as the charges had increased to £2.60 for 2 hours. It seems that the sicker your child is, the more you have to pay in the car park to stay with him. Park and Ride was not an option, as we had to go to A&E in a hurry. Surely if you have to stay in with your child parking should be free?
