"9 minutes of apparent fobbing off"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

I waited 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time to be seen by a seemingly arrogant, dismissive and crass urology consultant for a total of 9 minutes of apparent fobbing off.

He made assumptions about my circumstances and when I corrected him he seemed to become sarcastic and at the end of the appointment I felt he was patronising in the way he asked me to leave.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that your appointment at the PRUH yesterday was less than satisfactory. You should certainly not have felt like you were being fobbed off.
