Before going to IM I felt confused, embarrassed and like no-one understood about my condition/issues. That no-one really could help. My IM therapist gave me confidence that the above was not true, that they did understand and could help.
During my time at IM, I was shown information that really helped me understand what my problems/issues were more clearly, and gave me the techniques and tools to help me improve and move forward.
Although I realise there is no magic wand, but that if I practice the techniques, with time and perseverance things will improve and that I can move forward with confidence that I will get better.
The only concern I have is that there does not seem to be any follow-up or support for the future, should it be required.
