Well where do i start. the ward is filthy no hand sanitizers on the bays of the ward. the staff are very rude and unhelpful its a far cry from ok, trying to get answers from the staff is like trying to get blood from a stone. one says one thing another tells you something different. if i could give zero for cleanliness and helpfulness i would. i have never been so shocked an apauled at how dirty and unhygenic a hospital could be. the care of some of the patients on this ward is truly horrifying. the answers you get from the staff are there are not enough staff to deal with it straight away and all in all very rude.
