Just to say what a lovely experience of care and support when at the service. Lyndsey and the two students, Terri and Elise, were warm, welcoming and explained what they were doing and what would hopefully happen in terms of an operation going ahead. I absolutely appreciated there was a potential of others with a greater need for surgery that day. Then various others popped to explain their roles and introduce themselves. Everyone was just so kind. Then onto Kat, Jen, Izzy, Colin, Meenu and Leeann around the anaesthesia / recovery team. Your kindness and fab humour really put me at ease. I hope the theatre music was decent, I never heard it due to your good work. Thanks to you all x
