"My mum's experience"

We moan an awful lot about the NHS but I have nothing but praise. My mum attended an appointment about some breast issues with the GP and within a week had an appointment for the breast clinic. From the reception staff, to the nursing team everyone was lovely. In and out with a consultation, a scan, results from a mammogram-all within 40 minutes. The nurse she seen was called Jane and she was an absolute credit, she had such a lovely nature and can tell that if she did have to deliver bad news she would do it with all the care and compassion in the world. The guys in the Aroma cafe on the main floor were also so friendly. Credit to the NHS
