Attended PRI for pre-assessment appointment.
Seen initially by Isabella for bloods, height, weight etc - she could not have been nicer. Cheerful and professional in every way 😊. I was then seen by Dr Luca who, like Isabella, was very, very nice indeed. As a result of both these staff members, my visit to the clinic was quite enjoyable. Thank you.
