From the moment I got to the check-in desk at clinic N where I was welcomed by a nursing assistant, I felt as though I was being looked after.

My clinical appointment with staff nurse Dev was a pleasure from start to finish. Dev came to greet me prior to my appointment to make sure I was ok with a student being present. Thereafter she conducted the appointment in a most professional, caring and efficient way - as an old nurse I really don’t think this would have been any different if there hadn’t been a student present.

I was very happy with the care and attention given to me. Many thanks and I wish it were possible for every patient to have as positive an experience as I did.
