"What a great service!"

About: Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre / Ward B8 (Haematology)

(as the patient),

I was two hours late for my appointment due to an issue with ambulance arrangements. The nurses - Laura ,Bavan and Kay -  were amazing, being super efficient and friendly, getting my chemotherapy sorted and they even managed to get the job done by 4.30pm, great job ladies I'm very happy the way I was dealt with, they called the ambulance service in advance too so I didn't have a long time to wait before being picked up and taken home. What a great service !
