We were referred to your team by my mum's GP after she was in excruciating pain following two falls, a visit to urgent care, a further visit to A&E and a doctor visiting her at home over the weekend.
Your team took a verbal history over the phone prior to her first visit from you. Your team arrived with lots of mobility aids and fitted them all. Your team were amazing with the care they offered our mum in her home, including twice daily visits, observations, diagnostic blood and urine tests, pain relief and antibiotics. Also they gave her physio and enabled her to avoid a hospital stay.
Your team offered compassionate professional friendly care to our mum and supported us to keep her at home and recover. We are so grateful to all of you thank you for being an amazing caring friendly cheerful and outstanding team.
