(as the patient),

I phone up and make an appointment and they are good at fitting me in, the other day I had several appointments at different times and they very kindly rearranged the appointments to fit them together so I wasn't waiting as long in the surgery. I was very grateful for this as it involved fasting bloods and was very kind of them, I think all the staff work to the best of their ability for me needs. and I give them top marks. I have always felt listened to and understood and not rushed at any of my appointments.
