My daughter recently underwent a pre-operative assessment, including an ECG, blood pressure check, blood tests, and a lung function test. Due to her medical history, the whole process was overwhelming for her—she was absolutely petrified, especially when it came to having blood taken. However, the kindness and professionalism of the staff turned a terrifying experience into something truly remarkable.
Every nurse and healthcare provider she encountered was beyond compassionate. They were patient, listened to her concerns without judgement, never once rushed her, and met her fear with calm understanding. Despite her panicking and feeling paralysed, they treated her like a dear friend, easing her anxiety with their warmth and skill. Each of them had a truly magical touch—like gentle fairies who turned a frightening moment into one filled with relief and gratitude.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going so far and beyond and for being such an incredible team of caring individuals. Your support meant the world to us, and I’m so thankful she was under your care. Keep up the brilliant work! You’re all true superheroes 💙
