I have benefited so much from my time with Victoria. I feel Victoria had a great understanding of how I was feeling and being able to talk me through everything, but also how Victoria listened.
This is such an amazing programme and I feel everyone would benefit from this programme. I would love as a service user to be able to speak at any events that might come up or be able to do a Quality for U project within the multi disability team as I think it would be so beneficial especially for people who are going through similar things.
I had never heard of this team until I was referred after being diagnosed with Long Covid. Victoria has been also amazing as I dislocated my shoulder in June and got me through, I cannot thank Victoria for all the times I have had appointments with her and I can honestly say I will miss our chats, but I hopefully will fall back on her suggestions and thoughts when I am feeling down.
Victoria's encouragement and time has got me through many downers and doubts that I have had since Covid. I know I have a way to go and still have days when I have to push myself to even get out of bed to go to work, but with Victoria's help I will get better.
My other suggestion would be that the questionnaires would be sent out to clients as I for one need to look at the questions as doing the final one realised I had answered the question the wrong way round, we did have a laugh about it.
This is an amazing programme and it has amazing staff in the team to help and understand what people are going through. It is a little bit depressing that my talks with Victoria are over, but understanding that I have the tools to keep going. Thank you again for this programme and I cannot highly recommend it.
"This is such an amazing programme"
