"I had to ask a passing nurse why I was not being seen"

About: Euston House

(as the patient),

I arrived at Euston House at 9: 20am for a 10am appointment. I was early as I have to catch buses.

I was given a vision test by 9: 30am and then sat until 10: 45am whilst other people came and went. I had to ask a passing nurse why I was not being seen. She went and asked and said I was next, but from 9: 30 – 10: 45 everyone else was seen and went home.

I was seen eventually by a young doctor to whom I complained. This is not good enough, the NHS needs to get its house in order. Very poor.
