"Put my mind at ease and explained my options"

I was referred 2 years ago by my doctor due to pain in muscle and bones that no one could explain.

The first thing that was apparent about my physio was the apology I received as it had taken quite a long time to be seen.

He was extremely apologetic and very caring.

He explained about previous xrays I had, had and thoroughly explained the reason I was in constant pain.

Kyle went through an examination and was very careful and asked permission to do so.

The day I went for my physio appointment I was not feeling good about anything, lack of sleep through pain was really taking its toll.

Kyle put my mind at ease and explained my options.

I can say this was the most positive experience I've had with the NHS for a long time.
