(as a service user),

I had an appointment after being on the waiting list for about a year. It was worth the wait. I can’t thank the consultant enough. She was so lovely and really listened to me and made me feel at ease. She thoroughly checked my skin issues and explained what it was, how it’s treated and arranged follow up. All staff were very friendly from the reception to the clinical staff. Well done dermatology team!
