"Difficult booking system"

About: Park Farm Medical Centre

(as a service user),

I have to fill out long and tiresome forms every time I want to speak to someone now. Often I have to fill them out multiple times as the system doesn't seem to understand chronic conditions. I often have to book multiple appointments to discuss separate but conjoining issues.

I refused a treatment plan from as I felt it would affect my healthcare, after which the staff member was rude to me while I was worried about my access to medication.
