"Radiologist showed empathy, understanding and compassion"

I was so nervous, like unbelievably so for my Brain MRI. My anxieties and fears were soon lowered due to the amazing Radiologist Claire. She has shown empathy, understanding, compassion, and has ultimately gone above and beyond to make my experience less traumatic. She explained everything that would happen, stayed in contact with me throughout the exam, help reassure any worries I had and calmly and patiently put me at ease. What an absolute credit to your radiology department.
