My weekly visits for treatment of varicose eczema began mid August 2025 at Bideford Hospital, North Devon. The care and friendly attitudes of the entire staff that dealt with me were absolutely fantastic. From the main entrance receptionists, the lower leg clinic receptionists, to the entire nursing staff that treated me with such good humor and thoroughly professional conduct, I was always greeted so warmly and cheerfully, and made to feel really special. As an 86 year old gentleman who is beginning to feel rather doddery, although I do still maintain a quirky sense of humour, I can only offer my sincere thanks for all their help and kindness.
The sores on my ankles have now healed and I have happily been discharged. Thank you all very, very much.
