I was referred to the community physiotherapist, Helen at Oak Park Community Centre, following a period in hospital with cellulitis, sepsis and discitis. The aim was to improve my balance and stability and improve the function in my right shoulder. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and the advice I was given.
The exercises that I have been given have improved my strength and balance, and she was able to discharge me from her care this morning
