Brilliant service from start to finish. I used the online triage service in the morning, uploaded a photograph and some information, and was offered a same-day appointment.
The surgery has recently been refurbished and feels clean, modern, and fresh. I was greeted by a super-friendly receptionist and only waited about five minutes before being called in to see Dr Moy.
Dr Moy was a lovely, friendly GP who made me feel listened to and completely at ease. I was issued three prescriptions, and the staff kindly opened the dispensary and prepared my medications immediately. The friendly male pharmacist sat down next to me and clearly explained how to take each medication.
Tip-top service and a real credit to the NHS. It really is superb.
