"My past"

About: North Lincolnshire CAMHS / Children in Care

(as a service user),

I endured physical, mental and emotional abuse from my mother. It left me feeling horrible, like it was my fault and I didn't deserve to live. I saw her face everywhere, I have nightmares about the past experiences. I feel tired, done. There's much more to it, but I wont go into detail.

I have always struggled talking to people, as I'm getting worse I was referred to CAMHS, where I met a woman named Cat who explains things in a way that is understandable.

I only have three sessions, it upsets me because I have finally found someone who I feel comfortable speaking to and after next week I'll never speak with them again.
