(as the patient),

I had a stroke in February 2025. Before being discharged by the Worcestershire Stroke Team (a wonderful group of people) I was referred to the Neuro Physiotherapy dept at Malvern Community hospital. Harriet was the therapist who helped me. Harriet was always welcoming, very professional, a good listener and extremely patient. The NHS and its patients are very lucky to have her. Thank you, Harriet. I am so grateful for what you did for me.

Thanks so much, The lazy patient, for posting this feedback about Harriet. I have shared this with her as it is wonderful for the team to hear the positive impact they have had for the people they work with.

We are always hopeful and aim for everyone to have a positive experience. To read of Harriet's professionalism and listening skills, is lovely to read.

I want to wish you the very best on your ongoing recovery from your stroke. It sounds like you have been wonderfully supported throughout your journey.
