I'm sorry that you felt you experienced a difficult interaction with a member of our reception team. We hold very high standards in the service for patient care and our reception colleagues usually receive really positive feedback, so it would be really good to know what happened and where things went wrong so that we can ensure this doesn't happen again.

Because the Care Opinion system is anonymous, I don't know when this occurred, and I cannot identify the staff team involved or find out any specific details.
