"Carcinoma removed from right leg"

Early September I attended dermatology at Christchurch hospital to have a squamous cell carcinoma removed I was told it would be 6 weeks before the histology report came in.

I still have not had it

We have tried many times to telephone the unit but no one has answered going through the main switchboard they say they will put us through but all we get is a bleeping noise then it goes silent. I have my medical records online and there is no information from dermatology apart from a discharge letter to my GP after the removal. 

Needless to say I am getting more anxious now. My GP is on holiday and I have booked to talk to them soon.

Please can so someone help me?
