Sorry, I appreciate this is delayed I lost the card with the QR code.

I arrived feeling ok about the location as had worked at TRH before and knew the layout well, so that part felt comfortable.

Access to the building did cause me some stress however, it was just difficult to navigate getting into the location and if I hadn’t attended with my husband I’d have gone home before being seen.

I saw Kat however who was just brilliant. She made me feel at ease and took things at my pace. She was extremely thorough but let me tell her things in the order I needed to. I can’t thank her enough for how she navigated the assessment - she’s a credit to your team and really deserves special mention. Thank you Kat.
