"At no point did I feel judged"

I took part in 10 NHS psychology appointments with Stuart at Dudhope in Dundee. Going into my first appointment, I was scared, anxious and intrigued at to what I was going to experience. Stuart was a stranger who I was telling all my feelings and emotions to. After just finishing my 10th appointment with Stuart, I couldn’t recommend him more. He is so lovely and really easy to speak to. At no point did I feel judged by him. He’s made me learn about my emotions and that having anxiety isn’t a weakness.
