"Excellent service but not so much in the morning"

Had an excellent service at A&E the other night when I came in with a problem with my knee. The nurse that triaged me was very good and the doctor that saw me later was very good as well. When she discharged me she asked me to come back in in the morning for X-Rays on it. When I got there was told that the surgeons had talked about my case and medical imaging had tried to contact me (I do believe them) and they decided that I should be seen in two weeks at the fracture clinic. While I agree that being seen by them would be beneficial I don't agree about not getting the imaging on that day, especially since my knee had multiple lumps on it and had inflamed to the size of a grapefruit (which the surgeons could not have seen as I was not seen by them before that decision was made, there was just one on the night but another one appeared in the morning).
