I would like to express my gratitude for the care I received in Ward 56B after a full hysterectomy. Being in hospital over the New Year and not being with family was daunting but to be looked after by such a fantastic team made it so much easier. The staff are a credit to the NHS. Also the staff in the admissions unit, theatres and surgical team every staff member I encountered were amazing. Special shout out to the staff on New Year's Day, Mhairi and Mary and everyone on duty that day in Ward 56B.

We are delighted to hear that, despite being in hospital over the New Year, you felt well supported and cared for by our teams. Your comments about the staff on Ward 56B, as well as those in the admissions unit, theatres and the surgical team, are greatly appreciated and truly reflect the values of the NHS.

We will be sure to pass on your special thanks to Mhairi, Mary, and all staff who were on duty on New Year’s Day. Feedback such as yours is incredibly important to our teams and provides great encouragement and recognition for the dedication they show every day.
