"One staff member made things worse"

I was in accident and emergency after my granda had had a bad fall, he was really sore and was needing the toilet. I asked the only staff member I could see if they could help him and their response was - not my job. They then turned away from me. Their attitude was horrendous and made this whole ordeal 10 times worse!

Every other nurse/ doctor was amazing! I asked for the name and job title of this staff member who was rude to me and I was told that they're always like that. This shouldn’t be the case, if that is staff members also having issues then I think this needs addressed as the way they spoke to me was not appropriate. Everyone else was fab and I was grateful for there help.

I hope this is actually passed along to the right people and actually dealt with as this made an already bad experience for me and my granda even worse!
