"The level of care was second to none"

About: St Andrews Community Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I had an accident at work where my finger was crushed and broken, the staff at St Andrews Minor injuries unit (Julie, Maureen and Earenne) were absolutely first class and seen me straight away. The level of care I experienced was second to none and they all performed at an extremely high level.

I was given sufficient analgesia to help manage my pain and I was kept well informed with what was happening at each stage of the process. I can’t thank each of them enough and I am forever grateful for the compassion and care I was shown.
