About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Older Adult Medicine (Dementia Unit) - Ward 52

(as a relative),

I would like to thank all the staff from ward 52 Langlands unit, QEUH, for the wonderful care my dad received.

My dad was in the ward for five weeks and the team really were so compassionate and caring towards him and all the patients.

I am sure the team find it incredibly challenging working with Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients but they should know that they do make a difference…

I would like to mention a Dr Ross, whose communication and care, was outstanding.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience at the Langlands Unit. I am so grateful your dad and you had such a positive and compassionate experience and that Dr Ross helped make a difference. We really appreciate this positive feedback and so does our staff.
