"Absolutely fantastic service"

I was walking my dog when I slipped on wet leaves and hurt my knee. I was assessed rapidly at CX, Hammersmith A&E, given a splint and referred to St Mary's fractures outpatients. There I was x-rayed and given a follow up appointment. I am healed. The radiologist, Doctors (particular praise for Tom) and nurses were efficient, kind and professional. All correspondence was received promptly, appointment reminders sent well in advance via the NHS and Patients Know Best Apps. Absolutely fantastic service. I am so proud of our NHS. We must look after it. A big thanks to everyone.
