"An ongoing pattern of unhelpful behaviour"

The GPs are consistently excellent, and I have no concerns whatsoever about the quality of medical care.

Unfortunately, my experience with reception staff has been far less consistent. During a Monday morning visit, there were two members of staff at the front desk. From my perspective as a patient, the one seated on the left-hand side was once again unhelpful. This is not the first time I have interacted with this individual, and on multiple occasions I have found them to be dismissive and unwilling to assist.

Front-desk staff play a critical role in patient care. They are often the first point of contact and are responsible for providing basic information, direction, and reassurance. A dismissive attitude and lack of assistance creates unnecessary confusion and frustration and undermines the otherwise high standard of care provided by the clinicians.

This ongoing pattern of unhelpful behaviour from the same members of staff is concerning and should be addressed.
