The service when you get to dermatolgy is great but getting there is the problem . I needed to change my appointment so phoned the appointment helpline recently -It took 15 minutes to tell me I was 10th in the queue and a further 15 to speak to the appointment secretary. For my vaccine appointments i can change easily online - why can't I do this for my clinic appointments ? The appointment staff must be ridiculously busy and having a computerised system would help them focus time on those that couldn't use a computerised system. I think the systems patient user interface is so poor that many people will give up . Please improve
