"Unable to book an appointment"

Due to recent changes to the service, by using an unsuitable AI system to handle appointment requests, I am no longer able to actually book an appointment with my surgery.

It seems the AI cannot understand the nuances of certain conditions and limits patients in what responses they receive and whether they can be offered an appointment. I believe that the AI system therefore means that many patients can no longer access medical care that they are entitled to. 

Recently I have been passed back and forth from 111 to my GP and back like a ping pong ball. It feels like every step this surgery enacts negatively impacts it's patients, and the level of care received is poor.
