"My experience with the surgery"

In my experience, Lawson practice do not reply to complaints or even acknowledge them, never mind investigating them. I submitted a complaint and I’m still waiting to hear back from them.

I have had to wait to get medication, and I've found that the surgery don't respond to letters or emails.

I was referred to a service, the service had not discharged me, instead they were waiting for updated information and Lawson practice instead sent me a message to say my referral was rejected.
